With no prior "formal" cooking training,
Mamie took the time to show me how to cut properly,
how to skin, and that doesn't even include what
I had signed up for. At the end of the first
day we had prepared some of my favorite delicacies,
and so much of them that I was able to take home

I've made many things at home that we learned
with good results and getting better with practice.
I've had trouble finding two of the Sakes that I liked:
Ginyu Sizuku and Junmai Daiginjyo (fragrant type).
I think the brand was Jizake.
Do you have list of the Sakes that we tasted in the
class that you could email me, and could you tell me
where I can find these two listed above.

Hello Mamie,
I hope this note finds you doing well. You will not believe how much sushi I've been making. My family loves it. I made some for my coworkers during the holidays and they loved it. I'm still looking for a store to buy from in New Jersey. I trek to Katagiri's everytime I plan to make sushi.
